She is Licensed and Insured, providing a level of trust in her services and safety for her clients. Teresa assures the highest level of artistry and skill in every procedure she performs. She began her career with a background in Graphic Arts and Design. She moved in Permanent Makeup and Paramedical Tattoos, because she herself went and got her eyebrows microbladed, and received a bad job. She thought how awful it was that people are out there doing this kind of work and the poor client. This is when she realized, she could and would do better and decided to take her artwork into Permanent Makeup.
