Service Description
This appointment is for consultation and patch test ONLY. This service is available approximately 6 months after surgery or injury. (Or when your Doctor signs off for approval to proceed.) Appointment length and pricing vary, therefore consultation will be necessary to discuss those options, then booking a future appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A $20 optional deposit is requested for all bookings. Deposit is refundable for reschedules or for cancellations not later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. This $20 is applied to your final bill's total price, and is not in addition to the service price.
